See if Jess will give you a copy of his design drawings. Or the infor from them.
Lookup Jess under users and PM him.

Wayne makes buggies he should have the info too. I'll Skype him for you.

30 degrees for good high speed stability

lots of racer buggies use 27-28 degrees

i note you didnt mention the trail, that is just as important

i actually ignore the rake and focus on head angle and trail the rake takes care of itself

what sort of buggy are you building , what are the dimentions ?

Thanks guys,
Its been a long off seasion, the water's to cold and the winds the wrong direction for the bay..... sooo
putting two and two together with the large empty park down the road , i allready have an old trainer kite so all i think!! i need is the buggy.
I've put the back wheels at 1m centers, the back wheels are plastic rimed wheel barrow type wheels, the frount is an old ally rimed pram wheel, the seat is an old plastic bucket seat (a bit crud) so far so good,
Whats the TRAIL, is that the line from the centre of the wheel to the top centre of the stering head?
Do you mean 30 degrees back from plum from the ground

who knows? your talking to wayne the buggy tech head hahaha, he's probably got a whole dictionary of buggy engineering specific terms.
Heard he put a flux capacitor in his last one, pulled it out of an old Delorian.
