Hello,
I'm new to kitesurfing and did an lesson last weekend. Lesson went well and so far i am happy to continue with kitesurfing. I've got another lesson this weekend again.
However, i was wondering. How ideal is Auckland for Kitesurfing? Is there enough wind - is this something you will be able to do at least most weekends? And maybe also the quality of the wind. Is it mostly gusty?
I'm asking cause i'm not keen to spend money and time on something only maybe to find out later that on average you only get 1 weekend of good conditions a month to do it.
Also, is there an Kitesurf club in Auckland that someone like me could join at a later stage?
Any thoughts from anyone?
Cheers
Jasper
